FAQ - Golettre

The online letter is a service that we have developed to allow you to send a letter from home without having to go to the post office. To send your letter, you just have to upload your letter already written on our platform or use our writing software. Once you have chosen the printing options and the recipient(s), all you have to do is proceed with the secure payment and we will take care of printing and distributing it in exactly the same conditions as a standard letter.

To deliver your letters we use the services of La Poste, so the delivery of a standard letter can vary between 1 to 3 days maximum for a delivery in metropolitan France. The delivery time of a letter will also vary according to its mode of sending, registered, followed or simple.

Simple sending: Simple sending is characterized by a classic sending method with a delivery time between 1 and 3 days. Registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt: Registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt is a specialized method of sending that allows the sender of a mail to receive a proof of receipt signed by the recipient.

On Golettre you can import your letters already written and ready to be sent in .PDF format. We will inform you when others are available.

If you see a debit with the wording "Mailing List" on your statement, it is undoubtedly because you have signed up for our services. For more information about your Golettre subscription, you can consult the Terms and Conditions of your subscription or contact an Golettre consultant.

Cancelling your Golettre subscription is completely free and instantaneous, just go to our cancellation page and follow the instructions. All you need to do is enter the email address you used when you signed up to cancel your subscription.

Golettre has a support team that will help you with any questions you may have about Golettre services. You can contact the Golettre consultants from Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. A Golettre consultant will get back to you within 24 hours of your contact.
